Actually you're wrong you can NOT get the regis in Pokemon diamond, to get the regis you need Pokemon ruby/Sapphire/emerald you can get all three regis there(regi ice, regi steel, regi rock) althought if you migrate all of the regis onto Pokemon diamond you can get regi gigas(king regi) you will find him in the snowpoint temple after beating the elite four. first you need a relicanth and a wailord. Go to Pacifidlog town, form there ride south on the ocean currents. When you get to a square dark patch dive down. Look at the braille then resurface, after that, use dig. Put relicanth first and wailord last. then click on the farthest door, the regies appear and you can catch them.

you need to have atleast beat the Pokemon league once in dimond and you should be able to migrate.You also need either emerald version, Sapphire version, or ruby version catch regice, regirock, registeel then migrate into dimond version
