You have to have high level Pokemon and quick hands. When ones health is at half put it up by Gary so he can heal it. Then keep switching them around. What I do is I get six Pokemon put four up at the top and two by Gary. Then I just keep switching them around always trying to keep my Pokemon with the lowest health up by Gary.
