For forward motion for example, the operator of the vehicle shoots a positively charged electro-magnetic beam forward then within a fragment of a second a switch auto-starts a second electro-magnetic engine that produces a negative charge.Since they are negative and positive charges, the negative charge is drawn after the positive charge thus propelling the vehicle forward. What the speed would be, etc., are for others to determine.
