At the end of Season 5, Ahsoka was accused of a crime she didn't commit and the Jedi expelled her and turned her over into custody of the Republic since they didn't believe her, but the charges were dropped when Anakin revealed the true culprit. The Council then asked Ahsoka to return, but she refused since she felt that she couldn't trust herself anymore since they didn't trust her and tearfully leaves the Jedi while a heartbroken Anakin watches. Because of this, Ahsoka will not have been killed when Order 66 was issued. After the rise of the Empire, she joined a rebel organization and worked closely with Senator Organa. In the new TV series "Star Wars Rebels," we don't get to see her until the end. She operated under the codename "Fulcrum," and when Fulcrum speaks to a certain cell leader via hologram, her voice is synthesized and wears a hood concealing her full face. That was the protocol for all rebel cells to avoid spilling secrets in the event of possible capture, but then the protocol changed and then revealed herself by saying her actual name: Ahsoka. She is in her early thirties when we see her, but she is still the same person. But as to when and how she actually dies is still unknown
