Nope they are not related, though there are many rumours that they are, none of them are true. I think this because a majority of the gossip websites, magazines, etc. say that they're basically lies - don't always listen to what you hear.

Well, somewhat. I bet they could be on Star Wars websites (see a couple suggestions in the related links below). They both appeared in Star Wars Episode 1. Natalie Portman played Queen Padme Amidala while Keira Knightley played the decoy. They are not related, but they looked very similar with makeup. I think this might help your question.
