Yes, these are classed as auditory or audio ( sound) hallucinationsl. there are also video hallucinations- seeing things that aren"t there, and as you may have guessed, combinations of the two. Sounds like a walking Tv set. Kidding aside, this can happen- Audio-Video hallucinations.

If people have voices in their head can an EEG scan sense the voices or see a change if someone does have voices?

Most often, voices are a figment of someone's imagination. An EEG scan can see the changes in moods when the voices come around, but not the voices themselves.

How can i hear duelists voice Yu-Gi-Oh tag force 2?

If you are playing the English version of the game, it is impossible for the voices to be heard due to a cutback of the English versions release. However, if you own the Japanese version, the voices should be defaulted so you can hear them, but they will not be in English and neither will the subtitles.

Who voices may in Pokemon?

The one who voices May in Pokemon, is the same one who voices Ash. That would be "Veronica Taylor." Watch an episode of Pokemon online, with May in it, and take a look at the credits. I'm sure somewhere in the credits, they say who voices them along with all the other people who makes who's voice.
