Romilda Vane
The pink heart box was a Christmas gift to Harry Potter from Romilda Vane. The box had chocolates containing a love potion inside it and Harry, after being tipped off by Hermione, didn't eat them. Instead, Harry left them in his trunk until the 1st March when they accidentally got mixed in with Ron Weasley's presents. He then ate a few of the chocolates and found himself in love with Romilda Vane.
Over the series, various girls have a crush on him: Cho Chang, Romilda Vane and Ginny Weasly. Harry Potter 1-3: Ginny Weasley has a crush on Harry. Then in the middle of the movie and close to the end of the book Harry and Ginny kiss and become girlfriend/boyfriend. Romilda Vane (but only because of the love-potions).
Yes, she tried to sneak him a love potion in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, but Ron ended up taking it instead. It was disastrous.
She has a crush on Harry and she tried to make him love her by applying love potion on Chocolate Cauldrons.
No. Hermione warns Harry that Romilda Vane might try to give him a love potion, so when Romilda gives Harry a box of Cauldron Cakes, he takes them but does not eat them.

Molly loved Arthur Weasley.
He would have fallen 'in love' with Romilda Vane and Hermione would have been the one to figure out that he had eaten them. She would have taken him to Slughorn but they might not have had the drink, if they had Harry probably wouldn't be alive as Hermione wouldn't have reacted quick enough.
She was awesome enough to get Harry Potter to fall in love with her.
