at the end of the games, Katniss and Peeta where supposedly to win but they revoked the previous announcement that two of the same tributes from the same district can win The Hunger Games. When they heard this Katniss took out the poisonous berries and gave some to peeta.They held them out and were about to eat them before the announcement was called that they won the 74th Hunger Games.
