It depends on what you're talking about.

If you're talking about the Key Item Azure Flute, you can use it to have a shot at capturing Arceus at the peak of Spear Pillar.

If you're talking about the Battle Item Blue Flute, it cures sleep from 1 Pokemon and can be re-used over and over again.

There is something called an "event". This is how you receive a member card (to get darkrai), and Oak's Letter (to get shaymin). you get this by going to the 3rd floor on the jubilife tv centre. talk to the man in the back room and tell him firstly "EVERYONE HAPPY" then "WIFI CONNECTION". he will give you a mystery gift. then click receive gift on via wireless.

but remember things come up on a specific date. so far we have received secret key, member card and oaks letter. manaphy egg and azure flute are yet to come.

also you will need to get a wireless router and have WEP security otherwise the security will be to advanced.

The Azure Flute Does Exist you have to get an action replay from GameStop  or the internet . Then just type in the code and go into any pokemart hold L+R but dont let go until a green little man shows up.

When i got the azure flute for Arceus, i went to the spear pillar and it activated itself, opening a staircase to the hall of origin, the room containing ARCEUS- a Pokemon that in the game is supposedly the first Pokemon, born when the universe was created.
