"Light purple" is a pale shade of purple that is lighter than the typical color of purple. It is created by adding white to a standard purple hue.
Ok you got.... (in order from lowest to highest) 1. Shwag aka dirt weed, also referred to as Lobs in the ghetto. Shwag is typically brown in color, compacted/flattened, with lots of seeds and stems. It usually gives you a headache when smoked and is often harvested too early, cured improperly, and shipped in tight bricks that further decreases its quality. 2. Mids aka Middies. This is mid-grade. A little better quality than schwag. Still filled with seeds and stems, still capable of giving you a headache, and also harvested and cured incorrectly. Usually, better colored than schwag. 3. Nuggets aka Kind Bud aka KB. There are 2 main types of these, Beasters and Outdoors. If these nugs are not cured properly, than you can sometimes get them with mold on them... DO NOT SMOKE THESE! Very bad for your health. Mold will look like clusters of white powder or dark smelly areas. a. Beasters: Dense nuggets with orange hairs and crystals. Light green to dark green in color, sometimes with brownish tints (brown is not always bad, afghani hashish plant is very brown but very good also). Should be NO seeds, sometimes you may get a few. Usually grown indoors. b. Outdoors: Fluffy leafy nuggets. Very green in color and often smells of fresh cut grass. Usually only available around the season that they can be grown outdoors depending on where you live. Usually, no seeds but more common to find a few of them in outdoors than beasters. Also, they may not look as pretty but things done naturally are always better and outdoors beat beasters in a smoke off. 4. Headies aka Heads aka strains such as... purples, hazes, diesels, kushes, etc. Basically anything grown properly with a strain name. Headies are fluffy light weight nuggets with beautiful color, hairs, and crystals depending on the strain. Headies are the brand name designer buds. And you pay for it. Each strain has certain traits that it possesses as far as appearance, flavor, smell, and results from smoking it. Some have been developed for certain attributes, for example... purple urple also known as humbolt purple is the number 1 strain for pain, developed for medicinal use. Any of the government strains such as g8, and g13 give you a totally functional high without any hints of paranoia. It is extremely uncommon to find seeds in these types of plants (some strains are so select only one particular grower has the seeds and therefore ability to grow that strain so they do not want others to get them) however it does happen. P.S. on a side note... a purple plant does not always mean a good strain. Purple can also be caused by a nitrogen deficiency in the growing process.
