Any movement of a card from another zone to the graveyard, is a send. 'Tribute', 'Discard' and 'Destroy' are specific kinds of send. XYZ material is 'sent to the graveyard' if the XYZ monster that overlays them is destroyed, removed from play, returned to the Extra Deck, etc.One exception is cards that have been removed from the game. They can be 'returned' to the graveyard, but not 'sent' from there.
Collosal Fighter is defenitely the best synchro warrior, he gets a 100 Attack Points bonus for every Warrior type monster in your graveyard. And when it's destroyed by battle and send to the graveyard, you can special summon it or another Warrior type monster from your or your opponements graveyard.
Flint is sent to the graveyard
If an equipped monster finds itself no longer equipped to a monster for any reason, then it is sent to the graveyard.
When a non-effect monster destroys another monster the destroyed monster is sent to the grave, unless there is another card on the field which changes where destroyed monsters go. Depending on the effect of the monster that destroyed them they are either sent to the Graveyard, are banished, return to the owners hand, or can be summoned on the opponents side of the field. Some cards can even be saved from the grave by their own effect and are then either re-summoned or go to spell/trap zone. Spell/trap cards can also determine where they go, as they can change it so that any destroyed monster is banished instead of being sent to the graveyard.

The monster will always return to its owner's Graveyard. Incidentally, if the effect of the destroyed monster activates while it is still on the field, you will be able to use it; however, if the effect activates in the Graveyard, the card's owner will control the effect.
What happens is you choose a monster on your opponent controls. Then you choose monsters in your graveyard to remove from play. But you have to remove monsters from play equal to the Level of your opponent's monster. Then your opponent's monster that you chose is destroyed. Eg. If you wanted to destroy Giant Rat, then you would have to remove 4 monsters in your graveyard from play because Giant Rat is Level 4.
Yes.
Yes, if a card effect activating from the Graveyard will destroy a monster, Spell, or Trap card "Stardust Dragon" can be activated to negate the effect. Even though "Stardust Dragon" states that it destroys and negates cards, it can still negate an effect resolving in the Graveyard; the card in the Graveyard simply will not/ cannot be destroyed.

DAD refers to the Dark Armed Dragon, a monster that can only be special summoned when you have exactly three DARK attribute monsters in your graveyard. Dark Armed Dragon's effect allows it to remove a DARK attribute monster in your graveyard from play to destroy a card on the field. Combined with Dark Armed Dragon's 2800 attack points, this makes for a quite powerful monster.
If you properly Special Summoned him first, and he is then destroyed, you can special summon him back from the graveyard with cards like Monster Reborn. You do not need to remove another Light and Dark monster to do this, and just as important, you cannot remove a Light and Dark monster to special summon him from the graveyard, he can only be summoned from hand by doing that.
In the graveyard
Yes you can
No, there's absolutely nothing of the sort. The monster goes to the graveyard, just like any other tributed monster.
Well if you have another Six Samurai monster on the field it`s effect activates which allows it to destroy the monster with it`s effect but it will be destroyed unless you activate it`s other special ability to destroy another Six Samurai monster instead
