you can it's easy. first go the the GTS in jubilife city. then talk to the lady and go inside. pick one of your Pokemon and offer it. now Pokemon you say you want should be a specific gender and lv. 100. now here is the important part,look at the tiny clock at the top to the right of the sentence that says "now checking GTS." Once it goes around exactly 8 times shut your DS off. now there should be a Pokemon in your party or PC box and one in the GTS. There you go now you have a duplicate. Your Welcome!!!!

Actually, you can. By putting ditto and another Pokemon in the day care center to make eggs.(you can't duplicate legendary Pokemon)
