Yes, she could name the next monarchs other than her son, but she would only be able to name Prince William, Duke of Cambridge as he is next in line after his father Prince Charles.
This is very unlikely and will not happen unless for whatever reason prince Charles Elizabeth II's eldest son gives up the throne to his son, which at the moment he has no intention of doing. And as Charles is Elizabeth's son, she is unlikely to give the throne to her grandson for no good reason.
But if Charles dies before the Queen, Prince William will of course become the next king after she dies.
