Yes but he'd have to be in SSJ and, has to be raged to a certain point kind of like when frieza killed krillian Goku achieved a new power beyond what anyone could imagine what Goku could of done so my theory is if chichi died in front of him nd there was nothing he could've done he would be forced to go berserk like kale and broly even know broly had massive power at a young age and kale is from a different universe which means different dimension basically so kale is broly from a different dimension but i do believe Goku could do it but at his current state of power which is UI he might not achieve nothing past that but him being in SSJ will make him go insane
