Yes there is a F.G.D. Card it does exist, but it is mainly for collection. Hardly will you ever find use of it in a duel or it allowed in a tournament.
The FGD can be summoned with any dragon as long as you have 5.There is really no specific "dragon gods" the five god dragon is the FGD card itself.

They are mostly for collecting. You can find these in the Yugioh Legendary Collection 1. Not 2. You can also buy these on line. In the bottom left corner of these cards it says "this card cannot be used in a duel" in either English or Asian. Also the back of the cards are different colors. Ra is black and yellow, Obelisk is black and blue and Slifer is black and red.
