Are Lycamon Panimon and Hermmon all Ultimate or Mega level Digimon?

These Digimon were supposed to be in the V-Tamer manga, but their part had to be cut from the final material due to time constraints. As a result, not much information is known about them.

They were possibly going to be all Mega level Digimon given the opponents they were going to face (Dominimon, Regulumon and Omnimon) and the fact they would have the same origin as Callismon, another Mega created by infusing Arkadimon's DNA into other Digimon.
