It depends on how much silver is in it. Casinos use a multitude of different sizes of coins. Take your silver coin, find the weight in troy ounces then multiply it by silver spot price (at the time of writing it is $29.30). Casino coins have very little collector value and any value comes from the silver content in the coin.

You need to check for a mint mark on the back, above the ON in "ONE". As of 07/2008: No mint mark, an S or an O : $32 CC : $200 O with the faint image of an S underneath : $250.
The usual $10.00 ".999 silver" tokens have about 0.5 to 0.6 troy oz. of silver in the center. The rest is brass. They are not worth much more than face value.

No coin exists. The New Orleans mint using the "O" mintmark closed in 1909. Rather, most likely you have a "D" mintmark from the Denver mint. This is a very common coin and it is worth about $2 in silver content.
