Three card Poker is played with a standard 52 card pack and as the name suggests, each player is dealt three cards. In some ways, this game is actually two games in one in that there is the Play/Ante game where you are playing against the dealer to get the highest hand, then there is the Pair Plus game where you are betting on whether or not you will be dealt a pair or better. If you are already familiar with poker games, you should find this version is not only easy, but also fun to play.

Does a straight beat three pair in Texas hold-em?
It is not possible to have 3 pair in a game of Texas hold'em because you can only use 5 cards out of 7 and 3 pair uses 6. A straight of 5 cards is a valid hand. The full list of Poker Hand Rankings contains 10 hands.
What does 3 of a kind beat?
No. In poker all hand combinations are formed from 5 cards, even pairs(other 3 cards that form the hand are kickers). So if you only have 4 cards of the same suit and no other legitimate hand, the 3 of a kind would win. However, poker is a game with many variations and different "special" rules and I remember reading about a game that actually allowed 4 card flushes(I think it was ranked just above 3 of a kind), but this is very very very unorthodox and you won't find it in online card rooms and I would be surprised to find it in any casino.
Does 4 pairs beat 3 of a kind?
If you refer to poker, you cannot get three-pair; that would require 6 cards where you only have use of 5. Do not confuse three-pair with a full house. In any other game, it depends on whatever the rulebase is.
