Along with the El Cortez, there are several other downtown Las Vegas casinos with coin-operated slot machines. Main Street station, the Cal, Las Vegas Club, Mermaids, La Bayou, the Fremont, Fitzgerald's, and the Western combined, have close to one thousand coin slots. Jerry's Nugget and the Poker Palace, a few miles north, also have lots of coin slots.

Honestly, penny slots are the most common kind of slot machine in Las Vegas, so you'd be hard pressed to find a casino that you could actually get through their entire library of slots.
My guess would be the Mandalay Bay because their gaming floor spans over 160,000 square feet and it is the largest.
