This an one odd question, and i don't think it can have a true answer because to my best knowledge it has never happened (feel free to prove me wrong). But i would guess if you overcooked them like an overcooked hot dog.

I always find that dry beans swell to about twice their dry size so I would say one cup dry = two cups cooked - but this is not a definitive answer (I am just an amateur cook)
