Eating slower causes better digestion, less heart burn, and a lower chance of stomach trouble once the body grows older. Eating slower also gives the metabolism a chance to react. By cramming food in, people can also become obese. Also, once people become used to eating fast it also becomes a really bad habit that can continue into adult hood if unchecked. Eating fast is also WAY unattractive!
