Taking a bath in Epson salt once or twice a week will help with your dry skin in the winter. You should also put on plenty of lotion every time you take a bath. This is the best way that you can prevent dry skin before it happens.
If you soak in a warm bath, NOT HOT or it will only dry out skin more, and add some baby oil to the water
By takening a bubble bath shouldn't really harm skin; but, its never good if the water is hot and and your in it for a good couple of hours. It could leave marks on your skin, make your skin very dry or faky. So might I suggest for any who love to take bubble baths make sure the water is about warm or cool.
Tickle it!
Yes, especially if you have dry skin.

NO!!!! Eczema is open sores, if you put bleach on that it will burn! Bleach is a very harsh chemical you should never put it on your body, especially on sores. Try an oatmeal bath (made my Aveeno I believe) they sell it in a few different forms body washes, lotions/creams and a soak/bath. The oatmeal bath is the most soothing thing to use for eczema, I used when I was younger and had very bad dry skin, I used it on my kids for diaper rash and I use it on them now when they have rashes or dry skin. Please don't use bleach!! == ==
