Theres no point in leaving them there since they will not hatch because if you do they can go bad and smell. You can eat duck eggs, so when she lays eggs just take them. Duck eggs are very good for baking because you will get more batter and fluffier baked goods.
Just substitute 1 egg with 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk=]
1/5 = 2/10, so the answer is 1/10.
You could simply use a normal recipe but replace the eggs with 2 tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp of water, but I don't know if it will make any sort of difference. I have used it with brownies and they turn out the same :)
No, frozen chicken eggs do not impact baking. However, freezing may cause the eggs to expand, which could lead to a change in texture or consistency when they are thawed. It's best to thaw the eggs in the refrigerator before using them in baking.
That usually depends, on the size of the brownies. But experiment and see what works for you.
Sometimes. They can lay between one and three eggs.
