Vitamin C is very common, in that it is found in all fresh fruits and vegetables.
Vitamin A (also known as retinol) is found in oranges , ripe yellow fruits, pumpkins, milk, soy milk, leafy vegetables, and liver. Vitamin B is found in meat and other animal products like milk and eggs, liver , brown rice, leafy vegetables and fruit nuts Vitamin E is mainly found in fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds.
Vitamin C is found on tangy fruits. I meant tangy by sour. While vitamin E is found in vegetables; it is known to stop cancer or clean the body. The B Vitamins can be also found on most fruits.
