Pork barrel projects are non essential, special interest projects of congressmen for their districts. Since they are not voted upon by the whole Congress, they are called "pork" because they are added fat to some other bill. The budget of the United States is published annually, but these added items seldom see scrutiny because they are tacked on to another bill. Such things as research into the sexual habits of the fruit fly or funding for a national teapot museum (actual projects, by the way) are simply added into an important bill such as the defense budget. Since no one ever questions that we need the defense budget, the bill is signed and this little "porker" gets into the budget "piggybacking" onto the more important bill. It is a favorite way for Congressmen and Senators to get special funding for pet projects that favor their own districts without introducing a special bill (that might get rejected). Just another way to pad the budget, all without the whole Congress looking at every funding proposal.
This fall
where did this science fair project come from?
The project natal will come out Fall 2010 ONLY FOR THE XBOX 360. Around September 20th to the last day of November. yep.
In order to discuss the sources of project ideas it is important to know the industry in which the project is taking place. For example, the source of project ideas in a school could come from the students and/or teachers. In the workplace, project ideas could come from managers, team leaders or other employees. Other sources come from yourself (an individual), reading, interest in a topic or problem, and talking with other people.
When doing a science project you will first need to come up with a hypothsis and theorys to your project you will need the process data and come up with facts about you project you will need to draw conclusions and then make some type of interesting fact
