Raav is more usefull than Seera. Its a raw Gur or Jeggery. One can ask local farmer to make it they can boil sugarcane juice get rid of its waiste then again boil it for some time and put thicker liquid in a huge pot n let it cool down for some days then this liquid become more thicker and divide itself into two portion at the bottom of pot there will be crystal of sugar and in its upper portion will Molasses (BSM).
