You are supposed to fill it 1in from the top of a mason jar. Then put it into a presser cooker for a hour and a half then let in set to seal. that is how to cook deer in a can!!! from the lovely chef
It will crack and break and maybe the heated gasses inside will make it explode.
Yes you can I actually planted my peach tree with just the pit around 4 years ago and i have harvested plump peaches from it but so it grows you have to have pacience and always water it and put it in a sunny place
Put some peaches in a can and put the lid on, surprisingly. I put mason jars in the dishwasher (no soap), once they are good and hot, put your recipe in the jar (it must be hot), put on the seal and lid and listen for the popping to begin - once they make a pop noise, they have sealed.
Sometimes you boil the lids and sometimes you don't. If you are canning with either a hot water bath or in a pressure cooker, you do not need to boil the lids. If you are canning something that is put into the jar hot and is not going to be processed in the the bath or pressure cooker, you boil the lid to soften the rubber in the lid that forms the seal.
you just put it in the jar
They will die,you haft to put holes in the jar
Canning food involves sealing the food in an airtight container, preventing oxygen from reaching the microbes, which are often aerobic and require oxygen to survive. Additionally, the high heat involved in the canning process destroys the microbial cells by denaturing their proteins and enzymes, preventing them from functioning and causing spoilage.
You have to put your canning operation on hold until you obtain more water.

Peaches can be pickled, for example, 8 large ripe and firm peaches. 12oz granulated sugar, 1 pint white wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 level desert spoon coriander seeds and 1 level desert spoon pepper corns, 3 shallots peeled and finely sliced. Put into a large saucepan and simmer until all sugar is dissolved. In another saucepan of boiling water, place peaches, halved, stones removed and boil for a few seconds . Place peaches in other mixture and poach for 15 minutes. Remove peaches and boil liqueur until reduced by half. Put peaches into bottle, pour over liqueur and if necessary top up after 24 hours. Seal jar and keep for 6 weeks before using
