Raisins (and grapes) can be toxic to dogs. If a dog eats raisins or grapes he may develop acute kidney failure, a severe gastritis (stomach ache causing vomiting) or may be fine. Bring him to the vet if he gets into grapes or raisins.

Is this a problem?

Dogs eat lots of things without any harm. Raisins are soft and easily digested. The dog's digestion will cope with them.

Start digging a hole in the backyard; grapes and raisins are poisonous to cats. You might try calling a vet.
