Vegetables, fruits, dairy products, eggs, chicken rather than red meat, salads, whole meal bread, low fat margarine, unsalted butter. (mixed nuts (unsalted) unless you have a nut allergy, of course!) Mainly, eat and drink anything in moderation - and get plenty of exercise. Treat yourself to a bit of chocolate now and then!
