well, in short, Ezekial bread and Manna Bread are both the two healthiest on the market for sure. Usually you can find one or the other in grocery stores but its usually in the frozen aisle or bakery isle because it must stay frozen to preserve freshness. Yes, that's right....all the breads-with the exception of freshly baked-in the bread isle are full of preservatives to retain freshness and for some brands, to be the softest bread. So, chances are you favorite potato bread that you like so much because of how soft it is, is actually that way because preservatives are needed in higher quantitiy due to the relative greater density of the potato bread.
