keep it in the frige
Bananas they stop cramp and keep you full up!
Bananas do not keep well, a day maybe two.
If you put bananas that have not been peeled in the fridge the skin will turn black. The banana itself will still be fine. I know this because during humid weather i put them in the fridge so they don't go mushy.
you can eat bananas
When I have made them, take the bananas and peel them, cut them in half and use a popsicle stick to impale the bananas on. Place them in the freezer on a waxed paper covered cookie sheet for at least ten minutes. Pull them out long enough to dip them and either store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to be served.
Bananas ripen quickly on their own as they're one of the few fruits that release ethene. Keeping them together in a plastic bag should make them ripen. Keep them away from other fruit that you don't want to go off, and if you want avocados to ripen put them in a brown paper bag with bananas in an airing cupboard.
Eat themEat them. Bananas continue to ripen after being picked. They are considered to be ideal when a few brown spots appear, although many people prefer green bananas and over-ripe ones. DO refrigerate them, if they are browning faster than you can eat them- the skin will darken but the fruit will stay fresher longer. To slow ripening, don't store bananas with other fruit- ie the typical fruit basket or bowl is not a good idea for bananas, as they ripen too fast.
they are good fruits that will keep you safe and healthy
Bananas could be considered as goods because they are foods and they will help keep you alive if stranded on a deserted island in the tropics. ;)
Store bananas at room temperature away from sunlight and other fruits. You can also slow down the ripening process by wrapping the stems in plastic wrap or separating them from the bunch. Alternatively, you can peel and freeze ripe bananas for later use in smoothies or baking.
Storing bananas in the refrigerator will only accelerate the browning reaction. Like most tropical fruits, bananas prefer warm weather. Refrigerator temperatures cause the same cell breakdown that old age does. In the trade this is known as chill injury. Keep bananas out of the fridge until they're good and ripe, and then refrigerate them. The cold keeps them from ripening further. Ideally bananas prefer about 55 degrees F. But unless you've got a wine cellar, room temperature is your best option.-Food Network Kitchenskeep in the sun I know it sounds kind of wierd or the oposite of what you should do but it works but whatever you do don't put them in the fridge
