When you marinade the pork tenderloin you want it as wet as possible. So use A1 and your choice of peppers and garlic

The following marinade recipe is delicious for beef, pork, chicken and turkey. Once you've tried it, you will crave the taste!

Perfect Marinade

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup worcester sauce
2 tablespoons dry mustard (prepared mustard works as well)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 cup wine vinegar (white vinegar is fine)
1 1/2 teaspoon parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 packet onion soup mix

Procedure:

  • Whisk all ingredients together, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour marinade in a gallon-sized zip-lock storage bag or plastic container with a lid.
  • Place meat in marinade; seal bag or cover with lid.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Drain well before cooking your meat.

¼ cup worcestershire sauce

¼ cup teriyaki sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 package onion soup mix

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

4 drops liquid smoke

Procedure:

  • Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Marinade will taste strong.
  • The stronger it tastes, the more flavor your meat will have.
  • Thoroughly immerse meat in marinade and refrigerate, covered, for up to 24 hours, stirring 2 - 3 times. (The longer the meat sits in the marinade, the better the taste will be.)
