The easy answer is yes, you can. You can add anything to anything. The answer though, is if it works. If you mean pasta with a red sauce? No. A Linguinie sauce? No. Perhaps with outside uses or what may seem obscure ones? Yes. Mayonnaise, regardless of usually seen as a dressing or dip. Good for Fries in Holland, or a dipping sauce, yes. "Mayo" and pasta are not commonly seen, but depending on taste, like all food, could be great or, well, not so great.
