You have a number of questions here:

a. foodborne means carried on or in food

b. toxiconfection is a word I am not familiar with. I wonder if you mean toxic co-infection. If so, this is an infection that carries a toxin as well as causing an infection.

Complicated isn't it?

There are any number of microbes that are carried in or on food. Salmonella is one you might know. It is found in raw and under cooked chicken. It also causes typhoid fever.

This microbe also produces toxins.

So I think that this microbe would fit the both parts of your questions.

Now, very few microbes do both.
