There isn't much you could do without food. Eventually you would starve to death. You can last much longer withouth food then water, dehydration kills much faster. If it was only food you were going without you would go through several boughts of hunger pains the first few days. Your body would go into starvation mode, trying to hold onto any nutrients that enter into your body. Eventually your body would start breaking down the fat and potien in the body to try to feed itself. At some point you would probably go delirious from the hunger. Once the food source in your body is used up, you'd die.
