well the most famous and traditional Aussie dish is well i will have to say scones. they have been around for generations in Australia. there is also damper which is quite similar. to make scones you will have to mix flour, milk, butter and whatever ingredients u wan to add. then bake in the oven and WALLAH! ready in no time! damper is flour and water and you bake on top of a fire. trust me it is not a Sheppard's pie or steak and salad they are popular big time in other countries :) hope you enjoy the making of these foods.
