A microwave oven cooks food differently than a standard convection oven. Almost all foods contain some amount of water. When you turn on a microwave oven, the microwaves causes the food's water molecules to vibrate and as they do, they heat up. The heated water molecules then cook the food.
A hard-boiled egg contains a large amount of water even though it seems to be somewhat solid. As the water inside the egg begins to heat up, it will expand putting pressure on the inside of the egg. Once the expanding water, now a vapor, grows beyond the volume of the egg, it will build up enough pressure and the egg will explode. You can better see this effect with a marshmallow. Place a marsmellow in a microwave oven and set it for about 15 seconds and watch what happens. The same thing happens with the egg, except that it takes a bit more time for the egg to get hot enough to explode.
Answer
Eventually it will explode, what a mess. They tend to explode after you take them out of the microwave, and believe me, that stuff is like napalm. Answer 3 It will explode and your microwave will have egg guts all over it. It would be to smart to eat the remains of the egg, cause it would probally be really nasty.
If you try to cook it in the shell it will explode. Crack it open and scramble it, poach or fry it.
Quite easily, really. Just break the eggs, put them on/in a microwave safe plate or bowl, and set the microwave for a couple minutes. I personally set it for 5 minutes for 2 eggs, but I dont like my eggs runny like a lot of people might. And by immersing them in water, they can be boiled, even if the water isn't heated to a full boil. A microwave heats water relatively quickly; it is quite efficient bringing water up to a boil. Remember that a sufficient volume of water brought just to a boil (or very near) will cook the eggs quite well if removed from the heat (and left to stand) just after the water begins to bubble. No further heating of the water will be needed as the heat energy (in a sufficient volume of water) will do all the cooking in 10 to 15 minutes or so.
Simple. You take however many egg's as you want.. and scramble them up in a bowl if u want them fluffy do it like i used to, Put a lil bit of milk and butter in the bowl with the egg's. and you just pop them into the microwave for a minute or so depending on how many eggs you have, The more egg's the more time.
i think it cracks :P

If you microwave an egg it will usually burst. You will spend an hour cleaning boiled egg from the inside of the microwave oven.
It bursts because the steam from heating it cannot escape out of the pores in the shell fast enough. So it just pops with steam pressure.
If your microwave has a very low setting, like defrost, you may be able to boil an egg in the microwave, but it is better that you don't try this.
The pressure build inside until the skin splits and some of the insides of the egg burst out. It is not recommended that hard-boiled (still shelled?) are put into a microwave. Crack the raw egg into a special microwaveable container. Microwave on low power to lessen the risk of having to clean the insides of a microwave!
Yes. hard-boiled egg
You get a hard boiled egg, and put a hole in it.
it depends if it is a chocolate Easter egg or not if it is hard boiled you can be arrested and put in the royal jail.
Frozen, hard boiled is like soft rubber
hard boiled egg
Boiling an egg for 2 hours will result in an overcooked and extremely hard-boiled egg. The yolk will likely be dry, crumbly, and discolored. It's recommended to boil an egg for around 10-12 minutes for a soft-boiled egg and around 12-14 minutes for a hard-boiled egg for best results.
Either the egg wasn't boiled long enough, or the egg is rotten. Or the egg is too fresh.
No. When an egg is boiled anything living in or on it is killed.
An egg that isn't hard boiled would generally break if you bounced it. It's more than likely to break if it is hard boiled.
yes but if you do it to long it will blowup and it makes a mess so be carefull You must first put a small pin whole at each end of the egg. If you microwave more than 60 - 70 seconds you will still get a mess. My wife is still hunting me down for that mistake
a hard boiled egg.
