Well yes and no. In a healthy person with a healthy cardio work IE... EKG, Echocardio, and stress test the answer is no. If you have an unhealthy heart IE..heart disease, previous heart attack than they can be considered dangerous. What most people dont know is that over 40% of the population of the world has pvc's whether they know it or not!!

Exercise is always good for you but why are you not eating healthy foods? If you know you are not doing so, then why dont you look into how to improve your diet as you do into exercising your body. You dont have to eat hamburgers with mayo, sauce and cheese every day if you know better. Have a good bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a supper with veggies and lean meat. What happens is that you can exercise but not give your body enough good nutrients to keep you healthy. There are enough sites, on line, that can guide you in the right direction. Keep you heart and arteries in good shape and, with the exercise, you will feel better and live a better life.
