With regard to foods, there aren't any that will improve poor eyesight. Some are thought to be good at maintaining your eyesight longer than it might otherwise last as you age. The vitamin lutein is said to aid in maintaining eyesight as well as vegetables with carotene like carrots. They won't make poor eyesight better, however.
