Good ones not just a cereal bar and a slice of orange. no no no no no you want glass of milk some real cereal maybe some fruit , you know things like that,
Like what!?
Like high protein and low fat foods. Like Eggs, Fish, Lean meat if you eat meat.
REAL cereal like grains without sugar added. I like whole grain oats with almonds and berries. I try to stay away from Dairy, maybe soy milk. These foods are easier to digest and turn into energy instead of fat. I feel better throughout the day when I eat high protein low fat, with fruits and vegetables sans the butter or cheesy toppings. Some light salt is good too for sustaining sodium levels and juices that don't have corn syrup but are 100% fruit juice helps with the balancing of your electrolytes. Some dairy eating people like yogurt with granola and fruits. V8 is an excellent vitamin source and energy booster and they have many new drink flavors now that mix in fruits with the veggies. I also steer clear of the chocolates and pastries. No caffeine or nicotine anymore for temporary kick of energy that back fires rather quickly. No thick breads or pastas either. Just stay whole natural light foods in moderate portions and rule then day! Then you too can be like me; WINNING !

Cells use energy from food to produce high-energy compounds like ATP through the process of cellular respiration. These high-energy compounds are then utilized by the cell for various activities and functions, such as muscle movement, cell division, and synthesis of biomolecules. The energy stored in these compounds is released when needed to drive cellular processes and maintain cell functions.
Space food was created to allow food to be eaten by people in space. This is compressed and high energy food.
Mitochondria are the organelles responsible for generating energy in the form of ATP from food molecules through a process called cellular respiration. It is often referred to as the powerhouse of the cell.
Fatty and sugary foodstuffs have the highest energy content per weight unit.
Energy drinks are very high in the B vitamins.
I would pick nuts, such as almonds or cashews, as they are high in potential energy due to their dense concentration of healthy fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. These nutrients provide long-lasting energy when metabolized in the body, making nuts a great choice for sustained fuel and satiety throughout the day.
