When a person gets drunk with wine, beer, whiskey and /or any other intoxicating substance they lose control of their normal senses. I have been there years ago and I know. The dictionary states that dissipation is, to scatter, to go off in all directions, to disperse. A dangerous condition to be in.
The Bible says it is better to be filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit takes control of a person and can do nothing but lead that person in the right direction (Ephesians 5:17-21.)
