Sealand doesn't produce any wheat.
If you want to limit it to countries that most other countries actually recognize, neither the Vatican City nor Monaco produces much wheat either.

Considering the USA wasn't a country back then, there is no such thing as a 1701 wheat cent. Wheat cents wouldn't be made until 1909.

While this tells how much wheat Canada exports, unfortunately it doesn't tell how much wheat Canada produces for domestic use, which would be part of the total.
