Taco seasoning is a combination of ingredients, so you can just make your own. You can find tons of taco seasoning recipes online, but I have found this one to be my favorite.
This makes a large batch, and you can adjust it to suit your personal tastes. If you are using it to sprinkle on something, you can leave out the cornstarch. The cornstarch is there as a thickener, in case you are adding liquid to make a sauce.

Taco seasoning is amazing on popcorn. It sounds unorthodox and I can't really describe the taste but try it. Melt some extra butter so it sticks better and then just sprinkle as much as you want. It can be a little or a lot, it tastes great.
