You can fry nearly any cheese.... softer cheeses can be more difficult, as they'll get melty, but look at mozzerella sticks- it can be done!

Well, in theory, you can fry anything. Chicken and duck are commonly fried, but you can fry goat meat, rabbit, and beef if you want. Really anything. It is all up to what you like. Also, it depends heavily on how thoroughly the meat is fried. Deep fried is different than pan frying. Just a tip.
