Normally if an owner is concerned about the length of their pets claws then they will take them to the vets to get them cliped as there is a point on the nails that if you cut past will cause the hamster to bleed, maybe even to death. Therefore there is not a special job where all you do is clip hamsters nails, however this and many other jobs are part of being a vetenary nurse (an assistant to a vet)
