Yes, they are full of healthy vitamins and bananas provide potassium. They are great if you have nausea, and if you are in need of a quick snack! I love making smoothies with them in the morning or as a midday snack!Good luck, oh and if your heart races a little after eating one its alright, it's just the potassium.
