No. It's pretty pure peanuts and sugar. I know there's no dairy because I have a friend who is allergic to all dairy products. She has a peanut butter & jelly sandwich for lunch every day.

Dairy consists of foods made from milk. Peanut butter is not made of milk so no, it's not dairy.
It can depend on the level of vegetarianism, so yes and no. A vegetarian who still allows for dairy or egg products in their diet could probably eat peanut butter. But some companies add butter into their peanut butter, and taht is a dairy product. So those who don't allow for dairy products might have to chose a vegan peanut butter brand instead.
I can't think of peanut butter with added dairy products, so as long as your peanut butter doesn't include milk or any other dairy, then your safe!
Yes, you can. Go to google.com and search non-dairy peanut-butter. Also, you can search, cookie recipes without unsalted butter. It has peanut-butter cookies, but with salted butter.

Just look for anything with out dairy in it. Fruits and veggies are good. Try to avoid meats cause they might contain butter. Peanut butter can help you get the protein that you're not getting in the meats cause peanut butter* isn't actually a dairy product. And nuts help replace meat as well. But if you can make turkey and chicken without butter, that is best. Please note, no diet will help you lose weight. Only exercising will. Only avoid dairy if you are allergic or you need to cut down on dairy. *Also try to go with some sort of natural peanut butter as well if you're gonna to do that.

No. Peanut butter contains peanuts.
The peanut butter diet is a low-calorie meal plan that allows dieters to consume four to six tablespoons of natural peanut butter each day. Peanut butter, which is rich in protein and healthy fat, keeps dieters from feeling deprived between meals. In addition to peanut butter, dieters can eat fruit, vegetables, lean protein, low fat dairy, and whole grains. For people who love peanut butter, this diet is a great way to lose weight. While peanut butter alone will not cause weight loss, it is effective when paired with a reduced calorie diet.
