Its not bad for you, but then again its not to good for you if you have to much. Almost everything these days is bad for you because of many reasons. So i wouldn't recommend to much, if you get the inorganic one its not that good for you if you put a lot. I recommend the organic one so its better for you and you have a picture in your mind of what its been through.
