Corned beef is derived from cattle (beef), not from pigs (pork).

5 pounds corned brisket of beef 6 peppercorns, or gluten-free packaged It does if you buy it in certain states or stores I know they don't sell it like that here but yes beef has gluten in it.I would usually just look at the ingredients it depends if it is a fat or a mineral
