Chocolate comes from the cocao plant, found in regions of Ecuador. It has a sweet flavor to it, and comes in many brands, such as Hersheys, Godiva chocolatier, and Cadbury chocolate. Many recipes call for chocolate, such as Americas favorite:S'mores, which is a marshmellow and a square of chocolate sandwiched between two graham crackers. It is a favorite among the world, however portions of chocolate should be controlled. Dark chocolate is best for the elderly, for it is more bittersweet than milk chocolate, dark chocolate dosen't raise the blood sugar as easily. You can find chocolate anywhere, plain or with almonds, but whichever is best!
